The Qualicentric Diet
Science-backed nutrition support for every family

After more than a decade buried in nutrition research; including a Ph.D. spent geeking out on kids’ portion sizes and how parents shape them; I’m bringing all that science straight to your family table. Because let’s be honest: mealtimes can feel like a battlefield. But they don’t have to be. I turn research into real-life, practical tips that make feeding your mealtimes simpler, calmer, and way more enjoyable.

My name is Dr. Lena Acolatse, and my team and I can’t wait to help you swap the mealtime chaos for moments that actually feel good. Are you ready to bring the joy back to family meals?

At The Qualicentic Diet, our vision is to make family nutrition accessible to all families, and to help parents and carers make healthy choices for the whole family. Keeping your family healthy and fed can feel overwhelming sometimes, we make family food choices simple, easing the decision burden for parents and carers.

We understand that every family is different, so we work with you to decide what your family or individual needs are and develop a nutrition plan uniquely tailored to you.
